Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Shakeology - Hellooooo deliciousness!

Hellooooo deliciousness and hellooooo lover! I mean really. Although this shake is packed with nutritious superfoods and awesome goodies like flax seeds and chlorella, when you drink this, the thought that crosses your mind isn’t “Oh so nutritious!” (although we should think that because it is!) No no, the thought that crosses your mind is “It tastes like dessert! I feel like I’m cheating!” lol. That’s what crosses my mind anyway! Want to try this too? Pumpkin Pie Shakeology
• 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
• 1/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
• 1 teaspoon Agave or raw honey
• 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
• 1 tbsp. raw pecans (I used a few extra for the topping)
• 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
• 1-2 cups ice (the more ice you use the thicker it gets)

Blend. Serve. Enjoy!

Hi guys! So as you may already know (if you follow me on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram) I’m pretty obsessed with my Shakeology shakes. They’re just so darn delicious and nutritious! I’m going to make it a point to add a brand new recipe (or two!) each week so check back often! This week I decided to try two of my favorite flavor combos; Chocolate and Strawberries. I mean really, who doesn’t LOVE this combo right?! Check out the recipe below:

Chocolate Strawberry Shakeology Recipe:
• 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology (or Vegan Chocolate Shakeology)
• 1 cup Strawberries
• 1 cup water (or unsweetened almond milk)
• 1 cup ice (the more you use the thicker it will be)
• Serve and Enjoy!

Vegan Almond-berry Tarts

 
OMG! I’m dying to try these!! The picture alone just makes my mouth water!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup almond flour (not almond meal)
1/3 cup turbinado sugar
Dash salt
1/2 cup vegan shortening Ice water
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons apricot preserves
1 cup coconut milk
1 vanilla bean
3 Tbs. raw, unfiltered honey
3 1/2 Tbs. arrowroot or organic corn starch
1 pint raspberries or assorted other berries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
