Being fit and healthy can be pretty tough if you’re doing it alone. That’s where Challenge groups come in! Check it out!

What is a Challenge Group?
A Challenge group is an amazingly awesome way to get (and stay) motivated, stay accountable, have support, share ideas, and get nutritional and fitness tips. There are different challenge groups starting each month to help with everyone’s needs. I personally join forces with some incredibly dedicated Beachbody coaches to bring you the best information and accountability available. Staying fit and healthy is not easy, especially when you’re doing it alone. Now, you don’t have to!

Which group is the right one for me?
If you’re not sure which group you’d like to join at first, please fill out this Challenge Group application and I will personally help you select a group that is best suited for your needs and goals. (The different groups are explained below)

Current available groups:
• 7 Day Clean Eating Group - This group is an introduction to clean eating. You’ll learn how to eat clean, what to buy, what to cook, and more.
Requirements: The only requirement to join is your dedication to learn.

• 30 Day Clean Eating / Shakeology Group - This group is a more in depth clean eating / Shakeology group. You will learn what to eat, what to buy, tips on saving, meal prep, recipes, goal setting, meal plans, and much more. One of the most important aspects of my Challenge Groups (aside from getting fit and healthy) is learning to be MENTALLY fit and healthy. Learning to be positive, learning to be happy, and learning to commit to goals. The positive mental breakthroughs that happen during a challenge are life altering. Chocolate Strawberry Shakeology Recipe

Hi guys! So as you may already know (if you follow me on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram) I’m pretty obsessed with my Shakeology shakes. They’re just so darn delicious and nutritious! I’m going to make it a point to add a brand new recipe (or two!) each week so check back often! This week I decided to try two of my favorite flavor combos; Chocolate and Strawberries. I mean really, who doesn’t LOVE this combo right?! Check out the recipe below:

Chocolate Strawberry Shakeology Recipe:
• 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology (or Vegan Chocolate Shakeology)
• 1 cup Strawberries
• 1 cup water (or unsweetened almond milk)
• 1 cup ice (the more you use the thicker it will be)
• Serve and Enjoy!
