Hi guys! I’ve recently had a lot of you ask me what the difference is between the 21 Day Fix program and the PiYo program. They are BOTH great and they BOTH give you amazing results. They both pretty much have the same nutritional meal plans however the 21 Day Fix brings portion controlled Tupperware for those of you who want to learn how to eat the right amounts of food (like I did when I first started). You can even eat carbs! They just have to be the right type of carb (like wild rice and whole wheat pasta and breads). So there you have it! Regarding fitness, the 21 Day Fix has general exercises and is good for those who love “normal” general exercises (like squats, lunges, push ups, etc). Note: The 21 Day Fix does have a day for both Yoga and Pilates, they’re just not as intense as the PiYo routines.
The PiYo program has exercises that combine both Pilates and Yoga moves. It does not requiring any jumping or weights.
They’re both incredibly effective, it just depends what your goals are.
